Phase 1

One day workshop (8hr)
Learn how to organise, communicate and plan.
This one day workshop gathers proven techniques that will allow you to :

Use Outlook to minimise time wasted and efficiency lost.

Apply Priority Management methods to daily software use.

Manage communications efficiently, reducing interruptions.

Make quick links between different tools.

Use complementary Outlook tools like Palm.

Make customers follow ups, file e-mail, organise. appointments and meetings, plan daily activities.

Stay in control, even if you are often out of the office.

Each student works on a laptop and will leave with a learning guide.

Phase 2

Unique to our Priority Management training program

Consultation (1hr)
Customize Outlook solutions to best suit your needs
A consultant will help you to apply, clarify and strengthen your phase 1 learning by phone or by meeting you in person in your own work environment.

Workshop (3hr30)
